We hope you have thoroughly enjoyed the 2009 swim season.
The purpose of this letter is to announce the annual membership meeting on Tuesday, September 15th, 2009 at the Stone Lake Clubhouse at 6:30 p.m. It is important that we have a quorum present (20% of active families as defined in the bylaws). If we do not have a quorum, we will adjourn the meeting after waiting one-half hour. This note will serve as advanced notice that in the event we do not reach quorum on September 15, the next annual membership meeting will convene on Thursday, October 1 at 6:30 pm at the Stone Lake Clubhouse.
The Board will review the pool’s financials, plus pool activities and projects during the current and forthcoming year. Additionally, we will nominate and vote on new board members. If you are interested in running for a board opening, I would ask that you send me your name in advance so we can prepare the ballots.
Just a note: we will not be addressing pool policies or changes to pool policies during this meeting.
