Stone Lake has begun a new recycling initiative led by Mike Sease and a group of volunteer members. We are recycling aluminum cans and plastic bottles. No paper or glass please. We are collecting those items in separate blue recycling bins placed on each side of the pool deck for your convenience. There are two blue containers for cans and two for plastic bottles.
All other trash – paper products, wrapper, napkins, food items, plastic cups, etc. – needs to be placed in the regular waste bins. Please keep trash items separate to help the volunteers who transport bags to the recycling center. We don’t want our volunteer members to have to sort the trash!
Many thanks to Mike and his volunteers and all members who help by recycling their cans and bottles. Let’s all help Stone Lake do its best to save resources and operate more efficiently.
